Julia Gillard will not release the list of 500 companies that will pay the carbon tax

In Question Time Today the Prime Minister was twice asked to release a list of the 500 companies that will be charged the world’s biggest carbon tax. After being asked twice she did not make any commitment to make the list available.

She previously said that she would make the list available, or was this yet another Gillard lie?

I guess it will be a secret tax, but if I owned a business I would want to know if a multi-billion dollar bill was in the mail.

Maybe there are no companies being charged the tax. It’s all an illusion with the government just putting the cost (funds to UN) on the taxpayer bar tab.

I am sick off hearing how ‘above the law’ these people’s representatives think they are. Juliar is only the tit of the iceberg as far as the amount of misinformation and lack of transperancy. Are we in Russia?

When will the people revolt? Will it be when our government is hated as like in Greece for their corruption. Indebting our nation will only anger the tax payers as they are left with the legacy of the current regime!

How many leaders are freemasons? Reporting to the Illuminati I wonder????

Better still contact your state Premier and Tony Abbott(as I have done)and demand that your WILL which you know it is your duty to a make plain, be followed , and the state take the Commonwealth to the High Court and challenge the Clean Energy Future Bill 2011 under Section 114 of the Australian Constitution, which expressly forbids the Commonwealth from taxing any property owned by the states???

I am already seeing steps being undertaken to reduce exposure to the carbon tax. companies are merely shifting / splitting pollution between more locations so as to minimise their per site emissions, resulting in the same amount of pollution, but keeping each site under the threshold.

As we all know the carbon tax is not about reducing carbon, but is about getting more money from the people indirectly. And in time when the ETS comes in, the traders will get the share of the cut they have been pushing for.

If they really wanted to stop carbon emissions they would simply cap it. Not chance to exceed fixed amounts, with a reduction required over time. Companies exceeding their limits would be fined immediately, with the money going to the health system. No buying your way out of it.

And to prove it’s not all just a ploy by the bankers. No profiting from the trading of carbon credits. No fees, no buy / sell differences. Any one caught making a cent from the trading of carbon credits is struck off and fined.

Do that and I will believe you have the greater good in mind. Anything less is a lie.
