Gillard remains as PM but is as unwanted by the public as her “Carbon Tax”

Julia Gillard has won the caucus ballot and will remain as leader of the Australian Labor Party and therefore our PM. However polling has consistently shown that Kevin Rudd is Labor’s most popular Member of Parliament while Julia Gillard is at the other end of the polling.
The main reason Julia Gillard is so unpopular with the public is because she has lied so often, to so many for so long that few voters will ever again believe anything she says.
However changing leaders would not have solved the cause of labors unpopularity, as it is the extreme green agenda of the ‘carbon tax’ that most voters do not want.
The voting public are not stupid, they know that collecting and spending tax money is the role of government and as ‘carbon tax’ will be paid in part to the United Nations this would make the United Nations an unelected world government. (See more here)
Don’t forget that Bob Brown has openly declared that he and ‘The Greens’ want a ‘Global Government’ and Australia to be home to its ‘World Parliament’ see here.
The voting public is also aware that the carbon price and therefore the tax rate will be set by unelected and unaccountable officials, which will be known as the ‘Climate Change Authority’ is dangerously undemocratic. (See more here)
But most importantly this extreme green agenda, of creating a world government and destroying democracy has no mandate from the people, as this is what we were told before the last election:
These are just some of the reasons why the carbon tax policy is so unpopular and why both it and the Labor leader must be dumped.
